Analysts give Basf Se (OTCMKTS:BASFY) an average rating of “Hold.”

According to Bloomberg, each of the 10 rating agencies that follow Basf Se (OTCMKTS: BASFY) has recommended to investors that they “Hold” the firm. The rating agencies made this recommendation to investors. There is one analyst who has advised purchasing this stock, seven analysts who have suggested investors maintain their current position, two analysts who have suggested investors carry their current rating and one who has advised investors to sell this stock. Most brokerage firms that have recently covered the company have set their price target at $62.70 for the next twelve months. On Monday, August 1, Berenberg Bank released a research note in which they stated that they were lowering their price objective for Basf shares from €62.00 ($63.27) to €55.00 ($56.12) and that they were maintaining their “hold” rating for the company. The note also stated that they kept the company’s “hold” rating. On July 14, UBS Group published a report that downgraded Basf from “neutral” to “sell.” That was the last and most significant change.

The ratio of debt to equity is 0.35, the quick ratio is 1.11, the current balance is 1.70, and the debt-to-equity ratio stands at 0.35. The share price is $38.94 billion, the price-to-earnings ratio is 6.31, the price-to-growth ratio is 0.43, and the beta value is 1.19. These are only some of the qualities that the stock possesses. Over the previous year, the price of Basf ranged from its all-time low of $9.99 to its all-time high of $19.87. The cost of the stock’s moving average over the past two hundred days is $13.16, while the moving average price over the same period is $10.94. BASF SE, which is in the chemical business, operates in different nations worldwide.

Chemicals, Materials, Industrial Solutions, Surface Technologies, Nutrition & Care, and Agricultural Solutions are the company’s six distinct business divisions, bringing the total number of divisions in the corporation to six. The chemicals sector is in charge of supplying petrochemicals and intermediates to customers. Polyamides and isocyanates are just two examples of high-tech components that fall within the “materials” category. This section also covers the materials’ respective precursors. In addition, non-organic specialized products and essential items for the plastics and plastic processing sectors are included in this category.
