Edgewell Personal Care Co. is owned by Comerica Bank for $1.56 million (NYSE:EPC)

Comerica Bank decreased its holdings in Edgewell Personal Care Co (NYSE: EPC) by 11.6% during the third quarter, according to the most recent filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Following the completion of a transaction during the quarter in which 5,220 shares of the company’s stock were sold, the institutional investor now holds a total of 39,678 of those shares. Comerica Bank reportedly owns approximately 0.08% of Edgewell Personal Care, which has a value of approximately $1,560,000, as stated in the most recent report submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Over the past few months, several other institutional investors and hedge funds have traded purchases and sales of EPC stock. During the second quarter, Price T. Rowe Associates Inc. (MD) raised the amount of Edgewell Personal Care stock that it owned to 0.8% of the company’s total value. Price T. Rowe Associates Inc., MD, now owns 238 additional shares in the company after purchasing an additional 30,227 shares during the most recent quarter for a total value of $1,043,000. These new purchases brought the company’s total number of shares owned by Price T. Rowe Associates Inc., MD, to 249. It downgraded the company from a “buy” rating to a “neutral” rating in a report published on Tuesday, October 25. The company currently has a consensus target price of $40.80, and the average recommendation is “Hold.” This information was obtained from statistics provided by Bloomberg.

On Friday, the opening price of a share on the NYSE EPC was $41.14 per share. The company’s stock has a price-to-earnings ratio of 22.36 and a beta value of 0.94. The market capitalization of the company’s stock is $2.12 billion. The moving average for the stock over the past 50 days is $40.38, and the moving average over the past 200 days is $39.51, respectively. There is a debt-to-equity ratio of 0.95, a quick ratio of 0.90, a current ratio of 1.72, and a quick ratio of 1.72. The ratios for all three categories are on the low side. At that time, Edgewell Personal Care Co.’s 52-week low stock price was $32.00, while the company’s 52-week high stock price was $48.28.
